Tough Season

I've been sick now for two solid months. The congestion won't budge. I have come to believe these aches are going to be perpetual. I've been through two rounds of antibiotics.  Both seemed to knock out my symptoms for a while, but they keep coming back.

Anyone know what's going on or what I can do to snap out of this?

Being under the weather is one reason blogging has been light lately.  I'll probably continue blogging sparsely for a few more weeks, then I hope to be back at it big time.

I have heard the zpac antibiotic working really well for folks.

also, take a shower and get a lot of steam going, stay in the hot steam. that can break up congestion

I suggest you get tested for allergies. You might want to visit a more homeopathic doctor - some chiropractors also know a lot about allergies and other ailments that are difficult to treat with just medication. A friend of mine had horrible sinusitis and discovered it was being caused by a wheat allergy. So you never know. Just a thought.

I would definitely look into chiropracty and nutrition. I always have improvement in decongestion after getting adjusted. I also take a large dose vitamin supplement to ensure maximum vitamin absorption. (Andro-Vite)

Thanks all for the advice.

The weather here has changed some and I'm beginning to feel a little better.

I'll offer one more, perhaps unwelcome, suggestion. I have a friend who is selling a nutritional supplement called Reliv. She has seen great results in a variety of cases. I'll gladly refer you to her, if you are interested.

P.S.- Yes it is a multi-level marketing business. I have been researching it for a few weeks now and it seems ethical and genuinely concerned with helping people.
